Hi, I’m Helena Lutzenberger — a registered Clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath dedicated to helping you take charge of your health and reclaim your quality of life.

I’ve spent years supporting clients with chronic gut issues that nothing seems to shift — from ongoing bloating, reflux, abdominal pain, irregular bowel habits, and multiple food intolerances to diagnosed conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, Coeliac disease, and Diverticulitis.

My approach is personalised, practical, and rooted in evidence — focused on realistic strategies that work for your lifestyle, not overwhelming protocols.
